Akhanda 2: Telangana High Court Gives Temporary Relief to 14 Reels Plus
Akhanda 2 gets interim relief from Telangana High Court as Division Bench stays Single Bench order on ticket price hike and premiere cancellations; next hearing on December 15.
The Telangana High Court’s Division Bench has granted temporary relief to Akhanda 2 producers ahead of the film’s release.

The production house behind Akhanda 2, 14 Reels Plus, has received interim relief from the Telangana High Court’s Division Bench. The Bench has put a stay on the earlier orders issued by the Single Bench, granting the makers temporary protection until December 14. The matter will be taken up again on December 15.
The legal issue began after a petition was filed on Thursday challenging the hike in ticket prices and the plan to hold advance premieres of Akhanda 2: Tandavam in Telangana. The Single Bench had directed the cancellation of premieres and barred any increase in ticket prices.
Starring Nandamuri Balakrishna and directed by Boyapati Srinu, Akhanda 2 is among the most anticipated Telugu releases. Following the Single Bench’s order, the production company approached the Division Bench seeking relief — which has now been granted temporarily.
