Akhanda 2 Release Twist: New Date Sparks Big Buzz in Tollywood

The release schedule for Akhanda 2 has once again been altered. The movie, whose original release date was December 5, was forced to halt at the very last moment due to unfulfilled financial obligations and legal matters still in process.

The producers made it known today that it would be out on December 12, thus putting an end to the speculations that had been going on since the weekend and through the middle of the week. The film's popularity was not diminished among the fans of Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Boyapati Srinu, whose last collaboration is still widely recalled, though it failed to hit the initially set date.

The very fact that the release was delayed helped to create more interest. The viewers that are not already part of the fan base were following the situation, being updated and showing interest as the conflict over payment and rights became public. The production team managed to get rid of these problems during the last couple of days, thus opening the way for the new plan regarding the release date.
