Responding to Hrithik’s praise-filled post, Aditya wrote, “Deeply humbled by your love for #DHURANDHAR, @iHrithik Sir.”
He added, “Every actor and every department gave more than 100%, and your appreciation is a huge boost for the entire team. Thank you for celebrating their craft. Part 2 is coming… and we’ll try our best to live up to this encouragement.”
Hrithik Roshan’s second review
Hrithik shared his second reaction to Dhurandhar on X and Instagram, calling director Aditya Dhar “an incredible maker” and praising Ranveer Singh’s transformation, Akshaye Khanna’s performance, and the work of the makeup and prosthetics team.
“Still can’t get DHURANDHAR out of my mind,” Hrithik wrote, adding that he was already looking forward to the sequel.
Why Hrithik’s reviews sparked debate
Hrithik’s second post came just hours after his earlier Instagram Story, where he praised the film’s cinematic craft but openly admitted he did not agree with its political perspective.
“I may disagree with the politics of it and argue about the responsibility we filmmakers bear as citizens of the world,” he wrote, adding that he still admired the storytelling and learned from the film as a student of cinema.
The contrasting tones of the two posts led to confusion online, with some social media users questioning whether the actor was backtracking on his earlier remarks.
