MetLife wraps up Hack4Job 2025

Hyderabad: MetLife, a global leader in insurance, annuities and employee benefits, has successfully concluded Hack4Job India 2025, a series of in-person hackathons designed to identify and recruit high-potential technology talent for its engineering roles in Hyderabad and Pune.
The initiative saw an overwhelming response, with more than 12,000 registrations across both cities. From this pool, over 300 technologists at each location were shortlisted to compete in the hackathons. The event offered participants a platform to demonstrate their coding expertise, collaborate on innovative solutions to real business challenges, and engage directly with MetLife’s technology leaders for potential hiring opportunities.
The winning teams from both regions impressed judges with AI-driven scalable solutions aimed at enhancing customer and employee experiences while ensuring robust data privacy and compliance standards.
