PGP Summer Placement 2023-2024 - Cluster 2 IIM Ahmedabad

Mumbai, Nov 05 The second cluster of the Summer Placement process for the PGP class of 2025 was held on November 03 at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

The firms that participated in Cluster 2 comprised seven cohorts – Advertising & Media, Consumer Electronics, Consumer Goods & Durables, Consumer Services, Conglomerates, Retail B2B & B2C, and Pharma & health care.

A large pool of recruiters were seen offering around 60 roles in the process. Overall, Mahindra, belonging to the Conglomerate cohort, was the top recruiter with 11 offers, closely followed by Adani Group.

The Conglomerate cohort saw the participation of regular recruiters like Aditya Birla Group, Bajaj Group, CK Birla Group, JSW Group, Piramal, Reliance Industries Limited and Tata Administrative Services.

The Consumer Goods & durables cohort included regular recruiters like AB InBev, Loreal, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Asian Paints, Coca-Cola, Dabur, HUL, ITC, Mondelez, Nestle, P&G, and Wipro Consumer Care and new recruiters like Diageo.

HUL was the top recruiter in Consumer Goods & Durables. Amazon was the top recruiter in the Retail B2B & B2C cohort. In the Pharma & Health Care cohort, Alkem Laboratories was the top recruiter, and firms like Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Glenmark Pharma, and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited also participated.

The third cluster will be conducted on November 06.
