IIT DELHI launches 2-day virtual campus engagement program

New Delhi, April 9, 2021 Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi announced special drive to help students bag work opportunities and internship. The Office of Career Services (OCS), IIT Delhi, is organizing "Yukti - Building Relations", a Company - Campus engagement program, between April 10-11.
According to the institution, the theme for 2021 is "Careers in the Age of COVID-19". The two-day online program includes job and internship fair, summits, guest panels, workshops, competitions, and virtual industrial visits. The activities, under this initiative, are also open for non-IIT Delhi students as well.
"At OCS, IIT Delhi we try to conceive programs and processes to cater to the career needs of the student community, which would in turn meet the talent needs of the corporate world. Yukti is our annual company engagement program in this direction. This year we have expanded the scope of Yukti to include non-recruiting events and workshops as well. We hope this helps the students make more informed career decisions," said Dr. Anishya Obhrai Madan, Head, OCS.
The two-day event aims to help students connect with and understand the culture of the company. The program will also allow students to comprehend and compare different recruiters across sectors. Yukti is said to offer a wide variety of events for companies to increase their visibility among students while facilitating recruiting events and sensitising students to the changing world of work.
