Exam Schedule

Preliminary Examination: October 4, 5, and 11, 2025

Mains Examination: November 29, 2025

Applicants who qualify in the prelims will be eligible to appear for the mains exam. It is worth noting that from 2024 onwards, the Clerk post has been renamed as Customer Service Associate (CSA).

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Age Limit: 20 to 28 years (Candidates must be born between 02.08.1997 and 01.08.2005).

Age Relaxation: Applicable for reserved category candidates as per government rules.
