Leading edtech company specializing in AI-driven learning and digital skilling byteXL has signed MoU with St. Marys Women’s College of Engineering here to launch a transformative program aimed at empowering over 4,000 women engineers.
The collaboration leverages byteXL’s proprietary bCAP (Academic Integration Model) to modernize the entire teaching and learning ecosystem across St. Mary’s two campuses in Guntur, spanning all engineering disciplines.
Focusing on Andhra Pradesh’s emerging educational hubs, byteXL is bridging the gap between metros and smaller cities.
“We see immense untapped potential in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities,” said Sricharan Tadepalli, CSO and Co-Founder of byteXL.
Sricharan said: “By integrating our AI-powered platform and industry-aligned curriculum into colleges like St. Mary’s, we are providing students in these regions with the same opportunities for global competitiveness as their peers in metropolitan centers.”
The initiative is anchored on three pillars: faculty empowerment through continuous training and co-teaching support, curriculum modernization with emerging technologies like Generative AI, Cloud, and Full Stack Development, and classroom digitization with access to the byteXL Cloud Platform for AI assistance, coding practice, and analytics.
Students will achieve HackerRank-level proficiency, earn skill-based badges, and participate in hackathons and capstone projects, ensuring they graduate as future-ready, globally competitive engineers.
Dr. Rev. K. V. K. Rao, Chairman, St. Mary’s Group of Institutions, stated, “This partnership brings our vision of learning beyond textbooks to life, embedding technology, skill development, and employability directly into the classroom.”
