Women’s Leadership Programme to take off today

Hyderabad City-based not-for-profit organisation Global Woman Foundation is organising its flagship initiative, Women’s Leadership Programme 2023. Under the programme, a three-day ‘Future Women Leaders Class’ is being held from September 1-3, 2023 at Telangana State Police Academy (TSPA), in collaboration with the academy. And, a ‘Women Leadership Conclave 2023’ will take place on September 2, 2023 at T-Hub, Hyderabad in collaboration with Young Indians, Hyderabad.

Designed by professors from ISB and IIM (A), the ‘Future Women Leaders Class’ is for women who are in the leadership positions across the corporate sector, the government services and the civil society. The event focuses on the need for upskilling in various aspects of Leadership styles, Perception Management, Strategic Thinking, Negotiation skills, Decision Making, Emotional Intelligence, Design Thinking, Mentorship, among others.

K B Aradhana, Programme Director, Global Woman Foundation said, “It is very important at this juncture to have a support system that will help them to accelerate more growth so that they are motivated to achieve more, innovate more, create more and be the change makers not only in their organisational set up but also in the society.
