TS RERA seeks qtrly audit reports from realtors

Hyderabad The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TS-RERA) has sought the developers and builders in the State to submit their quarterly and annual audit reports to the authority by the end of this month.

According to the provisions of the RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) Act, the builders and promoters of every real estate project should upload their quarterly report on the RERA website through promoter login as per section 11(1)(b). The annual audit reports should be mandatorily uploaded on the website as per provision 3 under section 4 (2) (l) (D) every year.

The quarterly reports shall be submitted on April 15th, July 15th, October 15th and January 15th of each year, and also within six months of the end of the annual year. TS-RERA has already sent messages, e-mails and notices to the concerned builders and promoters seeking the reports to be submitted by the end of this month on top priority as per the RERA regulations.
