Tally Solutions, India’s leading business management software provider, on Thursday announced the formal launch of TallyPrime 4.0 in South India to enable SMEs to run their business more professionally.

The company said the launch is in-line with Tally’s vision to provide an unparalleled and elevated experience to business owners and end users. The company aims to achieve a 50 per cent growth in its customer base and a CAGR of 40 per cent in the next two to three years.

TallyPrime 4.0 BETA brings intuitive and powerful dashboards, effortless data import from MS excel and WhatsApp for business as new features to take the BMS experience to the next level.

According to official government data, there are 4.1 lakh GSTN registered SME businesses in Andhra Pradesh and the State has also set a target of starting 100 SME business clusters in the next two years. These businesses also seem to be expanding based on the 40 per cent growth in individuals employed in SMEs, from 5.61 lakh in 2023 compared to 4.05 lakh in 2019. AP is a high growth market for Tally where the company is taking extensive efforts to assist these SMEs in their digitisation journey and targeting a growth of 60 per cent year on year, according to Bhuwan Ranjan, General Manager (South India), Tally Solutions.

Tally’s Andhra strategy is to associate with individual business associations in various segments like textiles, plywood, sawmills, raw material suppliers and support them in automating their business operations. Tally also aims to leverage its extensive 200 partners and 51,000 customers’ network to connect with all SMEs across the State including mandals and towns.

Commenting on the launch, Ranjan said, “With the launch of Tally Prime a few years ago, we have been consistently working towards bringing powerful business management experiences focused on simplifying and automating the way SMEs operate their businesses.
