Rozgar Mela held in Vizag
Appointment letters issued to candidates selected for various Central govt depts
Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, Visakhapatnam organised the eleventh tranche of Rozgar Mela within Andhra Pradesh to issue offer of appointment orders to the candidates recently selected to various Central government departments/undertakings within the State.
The Rozgar Mela was conducted on Thursday here at Sagarmala Conventions by Visakhapatnam Custom House in coordination with other Central government departments/undertakings.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched Rozgar Mela via video conferencing and addressed the newly appointed candidates. According to a release, Sanjay Pant, Chief Commissioner, CGST & Customs chaired the Rozgar Mela session in the city.
During the course of Rozgar Mela, appointment letters were handed over by dignitaries to the candidates who are selected through various recruitment agencies like SSC, RRB, BSRB, within the State to various posts mostly Group-B and C posts in different departments like Railways, Posts, Defense Accounts, Union Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Income Tax, paramilitary forces like CISF and ITBP.
