Hyderabad: Hyderabad based global recruiting firm, OptimHire, aims to disrupt the IT recruiting industry by synergysing AI, automation, crowding-sourcing between companies, candidates and referral partners thereby reducing average hiring time from 6 months to 12 days. Companies using this platform get free job posting, free access to over 6 lakh pre-screened candidates and free AI-powered recrutment platform (ATS system), irrespective of the size of the business.
Lakshmi M Kodali, founder and CEO, OptimHire, said, "We are delighted to be part of the recruitment industry at a time when the IT industry is experiencing exponential growth and at the same time the resignation trend that is resulting in talent crisis. We have noticed a huge rise in demand for tech candidates, for at least next five years. At OptimHire, we help companies hire developers in days, by providing a well equipped recruiting platform. We have raised Rs20 crore in seed funding from Mucker capital and Pitbull ventures. Now, with over 120 clients and witnessing 26 per cent growth month-on-month, we intend to raise Rs150 crore in the next phase of series-A funding. We would like to capitalise on product innovation and expand our team across geographies with priority markets being India, United States and Canada".
New platform aims to solve numerous challenges which the traditional hiring process faces in the recruiting industry, like buying expensive job postings, resume database and spending lakhs of rupees on ATS systems and a time taking process in screening, negotiating offers with candidates which would take 6 months. It becomes more cumbersome, costing companies huge amounts because of the delay.
After thoroughly researching these core challenges faced by the companies, OptimHire comes up with a 360 degree solution wherein it uniquely combines and enables placement services, job boards, referral partners, AI tools and interview tools into recruiting platform.
