7th Treda blood camp organised in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: A blood donation camp was organised jointly by Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (Treda), Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), Seva Bharthi in association with Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC), Commissionerate of Police, Cyberabad at Phoenix Arena, TSIIC Park, Opp. HSBC, Hitech City on Sunday.

Praveen Polavaram, Treasurer, SCSC, said, Treda in collaboration with Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC), Seva Bharathi, IACC is organising this Blood donation camp with the help of Blood Cell, Office of Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare, Telangana. He thanked the organisers for initiating the blood donation camps and conducting them in the gated communities and other parts of the city. He added that, everybody should come forward and donate blood so that it can help the people in need of blood.

Vijaya Sai Meka, Executive Vice President, Treda, said, "The present blood donation camp was the 7th organised by Treda in association with Cyberabad Police Commissionerate, SCSC, Seva Bharathi and IACC. We had received good support from the gated communities in the previous occasions. Another notable factor is that women came in good numbers and donated blood. He added, if the blood donation camps are continued then we can help reduce the gap in the availability of blood in the Blood Banks.

We thank the Phoenix Group, Cyberabad Police Commissionerate, SCSC, Seva Bharathi and IACC for their support. He further added, we thank Vamsiram Builders for sponsoring for the Breakfast for the Blood Donation Camp. He further requested and invited all to come forward and conduct similar Blood Camps at their place with the support of TREDA and other agencies.
