GMR Hyderabad International Airport on Friday announced the expansion of its domestic routes in association with Air India Express. From November 17, 2023, new flights have been introduced to Amritsar, Lucknow and Kochi.
Air India Express flight to Amritsar IX 954 will depart daily at 7.30 am from Hyderabad Airport and arrive in Amritsar at 10.15 am. Six weekly departures are introduced between Hyderabad and Lucknow. Air India Express flight to Lucknow IX 953 will depart at 2:30 pm and arrive in Lucknow at 4.35 pm. While Air India Express flight to Kochi IX 955 will depart daily at 7.45 pm from Hyderabad and arrive in Kochi at 9.30 pm. From November 28, Air India Express flight to Gwalior IX 953 will depart thrice at 2.30 pm from Hyderabad and arrive in Gwalior at 4.20 pm.
Pradeep Panicker, CEO, GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd, said: “We are delighted to introduce these new routes. These routes operated by Air India Express will feature new aircrafts that being the latest Boeing 737-800 aircraft.”
