The 13th edition of the NAREDCO Telangana Property Show is starting today (October 6) at HITEX Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad. Telangana Industries Minister KT Rama Rao is the chief guest to formally inaugurate the event on Friday morning along with Chief Whip & Karimnagar MLC T Bhanu Prasad Rao and Serilingampally MLA Arekapudi Gandhi.
Over 20,000 people are likely to visit the three-day expo. Various developers, builders, and promoters are showcasing properties including residential, office commercial, and retail commercial to meet the requirements of varied customers.
Around 100 real estate companies, five banks & financial institutions and five building material suppliers are displaying their projects, products and services in overall 110 stalls spread across one lakh sq ft. This annual event acts as a platform to bring together all the stakeholders to show a range of properties – apartments, villas and plots to buyers.
This expo is a one-stop destination for buyers and sellers to interact and explore options of a wide range of properties. B Sunil Chandra Reddy, President of NAREDCO Telangana said, “As we head towards the festive season, this is the right time for every prospective buyer to consider, plan and invest in a property of their choice, that could not only benefit them in the short-term but in the long-term also.”
