Jaipur Jewellery show promoted in Hyd

A roadshow, ‘JJS Synergy’ was organised on Wednesday in Hyderabad to promote the forthcoming mega jewellery show - Jaipur Jewellery Show (JJS). The theme for this year’s show is, “Emerald, your stone...your story.” The 21st edition will be held from December 22 to 25, 2023 at JECC, Jaipur.

Speaking about the history of JJS, Honorary Secretary of JJS, Rajiv Jain said that the show has come a long way from when it was launched in 2004 with 67 booths, to now having as many as 1,100 booths, with over 200 applicants still in waiting. Each year, 35,000 to 40,000 visitors and international traders participate, he informed.

Jain further said that this year there will be 14 members of the Emerald Promotion Group and there will also be a “Pink Club” which will have 80 booths for B2B interaction, as against 51 booths last year.

Kamal Kothari, Treasurer JJS, offered the Vote of thanks. Prominent jewellery associations such as TCJA’s Secretary Praveen, HJMA’s president Mahendra Tayal, COA GJC Mohan Lal Jain and Avinash Gupta from Mamraj Musaddilal Jewellers were present.

The official partners of JJS, a MSME registered gem and jewellery exhibition, are GJEPC, ICA, GJC, GIA, DTC, NJGCI, CIBJO, WFSB, RIO-TINTO, GEMFIELDS, IGI and DGL.
