Arihant Superstructure's conducts a self-defence and cyber security workshop

Mumbai, Mar 06 Arihant Superstructure's new theme of “Changing Lifestyle” successfully conducted a self-defence and cyber security workshop on the eve of International Women's Day on 5th March 2023 at Sea Shore in Navi Mumbai. The event aimed to educate women about the importance of self-defence and cyber security in their daily lives.

The event saw an overwhelming response from women of all ages and backgrounds, who participated with great enthusiasm. The workshop began with a brief introduction by the company's representatives, highlighting the significance of the day and the company's commitment towards the safety and empowerment of women.

The self-defence session was conducted by experienced trainers, who demonstrated various techniques and tactics to defend oneself from potential attackers. The participants were taught about basic self-defence moves and how to use everyday objects as weapons in case of an emergency. The experts also discussed the various laws and regulations in place to protect individuals from cyber crimes.

The workshop concluded with a Q&A session where the participants could interact with the trainers and experts and clarify their doubts. The event was a huge success, and the participants left with newfound knowledge and confidence to protect themselves in any situation.
