Punkvism Signs MOU with Global IP Company SHOH ENTERPRISE — Strengthening RWA-Based Content and Branding Collaboration

Punkvism, a Web3-based Real World Asset (RWA) platform, has officially signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with global IP company SHOH ENTERPRISE. This partnership marks a significant step toward integrating IP-driven content with blockchain-based RWA technology in global markets.

The agreement aims to leverage both companies’ strengths in content creation, branding, and technological infrastructure to expand IP businesses and RWA-based projects worldwide.

Under the terms of the MOU, Punkvism and SHOH ENTERPRISE will collaborate on:

• Joint marketing and promotional initiatives

• Co-development and execution of new projects and ventures

• Synergistic use of proprietary technologies, resources, and networks

• Additional mutually agreed-upon cooperation efforts

SHOH ENTERPRISE, known for its vision as a “Global Character IP Builder,” manages a wide portfolio of intellectual properties, including KARAFURU—inspired by the art of world-renowned creator Takashi Murakami—as well as AniMers (a family animation series), Satria Heroes KAI (Indonesia’s national hero franchise), and Sooah & Cloud, an emotional storytelling IP.

KARAFURU, in particular, stands out as one of Asia’s most successful Web3-based IPs. The project achieved rapid global acclaim within the NFT community, gaining recognition for its artistic merit and cultural resonance.

Since its launch, KARAFURU has expanded into animation, gaming, licensing, and offline retail, evolving from a single IP into a comprehensive creative movement known as the KARAFURU MOVEMENT—now active across Asia, the U.S., and Europe.

Through this partnership, Punkvism plans to integrate SHOH ENTERPRISE’s IP assets—including KARAFURU—into its RWA NFT ecosystem, RWA Exchange, and Miniroom platform, establishing an immersive Web3 experience that bridges digital storytelling and real-world value.

Both companies also aim to expand Punkvism’s narrative universe, creating a shared IP ecosystem where users can directly participate in content and world-building.

This collaboration will serve as a foundation for transforming SHOH ENTERPRISE’s global IPs into new story-driven environments and creative hubs within the Punkvism ecosystem.
