Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Limited reported a stable financial performance for Q3FY26, with revenue from operations rising to ₹14,117.40 lakh and net profit reaching ₹2,434.69 lakh. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the company delivered higher revenue and profitability, reflecting consistent demand across its chemicals business and improved income from other sources.

The company announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine-month period of FY26 following approval by its Board of Directors on 14 February 2026.

Q3FY26 Financial Performance

During the quarter, revenue from operations increased to ₹14,117.40 lakh, compared with ₹13,846.90 lakh in Q3FY25. Total revenue stood at ₹16,062.82 lakh, supported by a rise in other income. Net profit for the quarter improved to ₹2,434.69 lakh, indicating steady operational performance.

Nine-Month FY26 Performance

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, revenue from operations rose to ₹50,381.93 lakh, up from ₹47,734.36 lakh in the corresponding period last year. Net profit increased to ₹7,212.37 lakh, reflecting sustained growth across the reporting period.

Exceptional Items and EPS

The company reported exceptional items of ₹322.85 lakh during the quarter, linked to higher gratuity liabilities arising from the implementation of new Labour Codes notified by the Government of India.

Basic and diluted EPS for Q3FY26 stood at ₹14.18, compared with ₹13.71 in Q3FY25. For the nine-month period, basic EPS rose to ₹42.02.

Business Overview and Compliance

Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo operates primarily in the chemicals segment, with wind energy contributing less than 10% of total revenue. Domestic operations accounted for a significant share of revenue, while exports also contributed meaningfully.

The results were prepared in line with Ind AS and reviewed by statutory auditors S.T. Mohite & Co., who issued a limited review report.
