SimplyBiz inks pact with TAT Capital

Hyderabad SimplyBiz, a Hyderabad-based innovative multi-disciplinary professional services firm, and TAT Capital, an Australia-based distinguished corporate advisory and cross-border payment firm, signed a strategic partnership agreement.

Raghu Babu Gunturu, ISB alumni & Founder of SimplyBiz India and Ram Gorlamandala, an investment banker & Founder of TAT Capital, signed an MoU and exchanged the document to proclaim their alliance.

On the occasion, Raghu Babu said, “Through this partnership agreement, both firms intend to provide necessary tools of trade to the growing companies to navigate through the complexities of the international market and effectively establish their presence across these markets.”

Ram Gorlamandala said, “The collaboration between TAT Capital and SimplyBiz opens doors to the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and resources between the two entities.” The strategic partnership comes on the heels of the Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement signed between India and Australia just seven months back, aiming to foster business growth and expand markets and clientele in both countries.

By combining their respective strengths, TAT Capital and SimplyBiz intend to deliver diversified services and solutions to clients globally, with a particular focus on Australia, New Zealand, and India.
