RX India presents the 14th PackPlus South showcasing packaging innovations

Bengaluru: RX India is organizing the 14th Edition of Packplus South, aimed at showcasing packaging and printing innovations. The event is set to take place from April 27th to April 29th, 2024, at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC).
PackPlus South is a significant platform for the packaging, printing, converting, and supply chain industries in Southern India. The 14th edition will feature over 150 exhibitors and 100+ brands, expecting to attract 8000+ attendees. Attendees can expect networking opportunities and a chance to explore the latest industry trends.
The Indian Packaging Market, according to a report by Mordon Intelligence, is estimated to be $84.37 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach $142.56 billion by 2029, growing at a CAGR of 11.06% during 2024-2029. This growth is fueled by increased demand in consumer markets such as processed food, personal care, and pharmaceuticals.
PackPlus South 2024 will display a range of products including packaging machines, materials, coding solutions, printing presses, and label printing equipment. The event will also feature live running machines, providing attendees with insights into their capabilities.
Varun Sharma, Portfolio Director at RX India, shared his anticipation for the event, highlighting its consistent 17% year-on-year growth. He emphasized the event's role as a platform for industry professionals to engage, exchange insights, and discover solutions tailored to Southern India's needs.
Concurrently, PrintFair will run alongside PackPlus South, showcasing advancements in Flexo & Gravure printing, Digital presses, Offset presses, and Wide format Printers. This co-located exhibition offers attendees an opportunity to explore printing solutions and interact with leading providers.
PackPlus South 2024 aims to facilitate productive business meetings, encouraging collaborations and innovation among industry professionals. Supported by the Coating & Adhesive Tape Association of India (ICATA), Maharashtra Mudran Parishad, and KOPA (Karnataka Offset Printers Association), the event is positioned to set new industry benchmarks.
