Mumbai: ANAROCK has launched a new commercial office leasing service and appointed Peush Jain as Managing Director - Corporate Leasing & Advisory. This move follows the successful introduction of ANAROCK Commercial in 2020, expanding the company's real estate services portfolio.
The launch of the commercial leasing and advisory vertical fits into ANAROCK's growth strategy, aiming for international collaborations and hiring top talent to serve corporate occupiers. Anuj Puri, Chairman of ANAROCK Group, stated that this expansion was planned, and the timing is right with Peush Jain's expertise.
Peush Jain, with 23 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, will lead corporate leasing, tenant representation, landlord representation, and client relationships at ANAROCK. Jain mentioned ANAROCK's technology-focused approach, intending to integrate tech-driven solutions into commercial real estate operations.

ANAROCK Research projects office leasing in India to surpass 50 million square feet by 2024-end, mainly driven by Global Capability Centers (GCCs) expanding their footprints in segments like manufacturing, engineering R&D, technology, and BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance).
