The GBC, which commenced its operations in 2019 with an initial workforce of 250 employees, is set to undergo a substantial expansion, with the company aiming to increase its headcount to an impressive 4,000 employees within the next 18 months.

The primary focus of PepsiCo's GBC lies in delivering essential products and solutions critical to the company's operations, with a particular emphasis on digitalizing human resources and financial services. This strategic move aligns with the company's commitment to optimizing its operational efficiency and leveraging technology for enhanced performance.
