Foxhog to announce a ‘Per Day Salary Policy’ on its second Anniversary

Mumbai, Sep 02 The USA-based Venture Capital Firm, Foxhog Ventures Corporation is the first ever company to implement a 'Per Day Salary Policy' for their employees across their branches in India, including both rural and urban areas.

Foxhog entered India in March with a small investment by Stanford Graduate Tarun Poddar who is knowingly serving the Board of Foxhog Ventures Corp. and also as the Managing Director of its Indian Subsidiary Foxhog Ventures India Private Limited.

Foxhog has launched a unique and exclusive scheme called 'Per Day Salary Policy'. According to this, employees will be paid for their work on a per-day basis, rather than monthly. This is the 1st time any company has introduced such an ultramodern policy. This innovation is definitely ahead of its time and a way to bring more development to the market.

Talking to Bizz Buzz, Foxhog's Tarun Poddar says "After its 2 successful years, the motto to invest in different minds is to solve the different problems of society and not just to earn the Heavy ROI."

The company has reported its 1st Quarter with 135 crore, recording the growth of 29 per cent and leading to investment up to 423 crore for Indian Start-ups this FY.

"Recently we have made a partnership with an Indian Company named 'Crealoons Innovations' who will help our investee companies to build great products and also help them to strategize it," says Foxhog's USA CFO Steven Borezzson.

Foxhog's recent product, the smaller lender program has also made space in FinTech Market and involved many consumers attracted by its lowest interest rate for rural areas. The program is helping small and medium local businesses in rural areas by providing smaller financial aid to run and operate their businesses. The Company is also focusing to help Startups with product building with their Innovation Partners.

With all the other attractions like "Best Employer to work for", "Best start-up to watch out", "MSME award", "ET Awards in FinTech" and more, "Per day salary Policy" by Foxhog is likely to impact a lot to Indian Employers to stay in the curve.
