Yobler is an e-commerce marketplace where people could buy and sell used or new kid's related products. It aims to provide value for all parents of fast growing kids who outgrow their stuff quickly and are constantly struggling with creating space at home for their children's products. It wants to enable the parents to sell things they no longer need, or strike a great deal on something they need.

In an exclusive interview with Bizz Buzz, Swarna Daga Mimani, Co-Founder of Yobler, said that the company's target is to normalise the concept of reusing and reselling. She says, "We have a fantastic team of customer service executives who help in resolving all the issues of our customers within the blink of an eye."

Mumbai: Please walk us through the journey of how you founded Yobler?

They say that if two mothers start speaking, they can go on for days. Yobler was born out of many such conversations between us and our love for children and entrepreneurship. As mothers, we realised that our kids outgrow their stuff very quickly be it toys or clothes or books or anything else. While these were in good working condition, they took up space at home.

Sometimes when kids received duplicate gifts, it left us wondering what to do with them. Through our conversation, we realised that there were many more parents like us who were facing a similar problem and we decided to give shape to our thoughts. That is when we came up with Yobler – an e-commerce marketplace where people could buy and sell pre-loved or new kid's products.

Our scalable and robust platform would also contribute to sustainable living. We want to raise our children with a sense of social and environmental responsibility. We want to make a positive impact to the conservation of our planet, by encouraging mindful usage, and thereby helping the world to make the most of its limited resources.

Could you explain a bit more about the platform and how it helps parents?

Yobler is an e-commerce marketplace that allows users to buy and sell pre-loved or new kid's products. It has an integrated payment gateway and logistics support. As a parent, it not only allows to reduce clutter but also buy products at a steal. In this way, we do our bit of not only helping new parents but also contributing to a sustainable way of life.

What is Yobler's mission? What does it aim to ultimately achieve?

At Yobler, we identified the problem that was much bigger than ever. As parents, we realised that we loved buying new things for our children. But soon they outgrew so much of it. The toys, clothes and games just became useless after a while leading to clutter. Thus, we set out on a mission to address this problem.

Yobler's mission is to be a one-stop shop for anything kids and be instrumental in significantly lower carbon footprint. Ultimately, we aim to be the go-to marketplace when parents want to buy something for their kids.

What sets Yobler apart from its competitors?

Yobler has a unique approach which provides consumers with an end to end hassle-free experience, with its instant listings, faster approval processes, easy browsing and access to variety of products at the click of a button. Furthermore, one can buy or sell anything at great prices. Adding to that, we have a fantastic team of customer service executives which helps resolves issues within the blink of an eye.

What can we look forward to in the coming months? Are there any new developments taking place?

This is just the beginning for us at Yobler and we are excited for what is in store for us. However, in the next quarter, we are hoping to double the user registrations. We are looking to evolve continuously with user feedback and incorporate the same for an even more seamless experience. Keeping our mission in mind, we are hoping to reach out more and more parents and help them live a clutter free life.
