Telangana tourism sector secures Rs 7,045 cr in proposed investment
To create 10,000 direct jobs and 30,000 indirect jobs

Hyderabad: At the Global Summit, the tourism sector on Tuesday received proposed investments totaling approximately Rs7,045 crore, which are expected to create 10,000 direct jobs and 30,000 indirect jobs.
Accordingly, Foodlink F&B Holdings ( India) Pvt Ltd will invest Rs3,000 crore. It will provide integrated global convention, trade & exhibition centre at Bharat Future City (PPP Mode).
KEI Group & Associates (Kamineni Group) announced Rs200 crore of investment plan. It will build glasshouse-greenhouse convention centre at Kismatpur Village, Gandipet.
Similarly, the Ridhira Group has announced Rs120 crore investment plan. It will construct the Novotel-branded hospitality project at Yacharam, Bharat Future City.
Polin Group (Turkey) & Multiverse Hotels Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad has announced Rs300 proposed project with world-class squa marine park & aqua tunnel in Hyderabad.Meanwhile, the Atmosphere Core Hotels (Maldives) has announced Rs800 crore of investment plan in Telangana. It will develop the Elite International Wellness Retreat in Hyderabad.
The Fluidra India Pvt Ltd (Spain) has announced Rs300 crore investment plan with the construction of Artificial Beach, Lagoon & Resort Project at Hyderabad.
Sri Havisha Hospitality & Infrastructure Ltd announced the investment of Rs.300 crore with the construction of smart mobility wellness resort & convention centre in Hyderabad.
Dreamvalley Golf & Resorts will invest Rs1,000 crore with the construction of world-class golf destination at Bharat Future City, Hyderabad.
Sarus Infrastructure Pvt Ltd will invest Rs1,000 crore with the development of the International Cultural Centre at Bharat Future City, Hyderabad.
Salam Namaste Dosa Hut Pte Ltd ( Australia) & Vizag Recreation Pvt Ltd will invest Rs25 crore with caravan parks across Telangana to promote adventure and eco-tourism.
Indian Institute of Film & Animation Partnership for IIFA Utsavam & Athens will invest Rs550–600 crore. The Tony Blair Institute (London) will work as the strategic advisory tourism sector acceleration global positioning support. The ASEAN ambassadors / tourism ministries will work cultural collaboration promotion of Telangana Buddhist circuits across ASEAN countries.
