Telangana Secures ₹5.75 Lakh Crore Investments At Rising Global Summit
Telangana secured record investments worth ₹5.75 lakh crore at the Rising Global Summit 2025, with major deals in AI infrastructure, data centres, manufacturing, life sciences, green mobility, and SMEs. Here are the biggest commitments made on Day 2.

Telangana has attracted an impressive ₹5.75 lakh crore in investment commitments at the two-day Telangana Rising Global Summit held at Bharat Future City, located around 25 km from Hyderabad Airport. The summit reinforced Telangana’s ambition to evolve into a global hub for the digital economy, advanced technologies, and large-scale infrastructure.
A major highlight of Day 2 was the surge of mega commitments in Data Centre and AI Infrastructure, marking the largest investment category of the event.
Leading the pack, Infrakey Datacenter Parks signed a record-breaking deal to establish a 1 GW AI Datacenter, with an investment of ₹70,000 crore—one of the biggest single tech investments in the region’s history.
Close on its heels, AGIDC (Singapore) pledged ₹67,500 crore to build an International Gateway (IGW) Data Centre, a project expected to significantly enhance Telangana’s global digital connectivity and establish it as a major international data hub.
Strengthening Telangana’s AI ecosystem further, JCK Infra Projects Ltd committed ₹9,000 crore for the development of an integrated AI City/Township at Bharat Future City.
Meanwhile, several high-value investments poured in across manufacturing, defence, life sciences, and green mobility sectors:
- Zen Technologies announced an investment of ₹5,000 crore, likely to boost defence-tech capabilities.
- Biological E Ltd unveiled a major ₹4,000 crore expansion and R&D hub in the Life Sciences sector.
- RCT (Germany) committed ₹2,500 crore to manufacture Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) containers, supporting the clean energy transition.
- Bharath Garuda pledged ₹2,100 crore for a new car manufacturing facility, adding momentum to the automotive industry.
Promoting inclusive growth, the summit also focused on enabling local and small enterprises:
- The Confederation of Indian SC/ST Enterprises secured collective investments worth ₹577.11 crore to set up units in Green Industrial Parks, Manufacturing, and IT/ITES—expected to create 2,500 jobs.
- TiE Hyderabad’s SME Growth Catalyst signed an MoU to mentor and scale 500 SMEs by 2029, facilitate over ₹500 crore in growth capital, and generate 3–5 lakh skilled jobs.
With massive commitments cutting across technology, industry, and inclusive entrepreneurship, the Telangana Rising Global Summit has positioned the state as one of India’s most attractive destinations for future-ready investments.
