Telangana High Court Lifts Ban On Colorplast Systems

Hyderabad: Colorplast Systems, a smart card manufacturer said that the Telangana High Court has lifted the ban imposed by the Telangana Transport Department, suspending the debarment order allowing the Company to participate in Telangana Transport Department tenders. Upon hearing the writ petition filed by Colorplast Systems Pvt Ltd, Telangana High Court in its order has suspended the debarment letter and directed the State to allow Colorplast to participate in the ongoing tender process.

An official press release from Colorplast Systems claims that “this entire episode was perpetuated by a NGO at behest of its arch-rival. It is also interesting to note that a Senior Official from this arch-rival company was seen present during the hearing of this matter, directing the advocates appearing on behalf of the self-proclaimed NGO.”
