Sri City Hosts Blood Camp In Honour Of Armed Forces
Hyderabad: In a remarkable show of solidarity with the nation and as a tribute to the unwavering dedication of the Armed Forces, Sri City Foundation, in partnership with NTR Trust, Tirupati, organised a blood donation camp on Wednesday. This initiative rallied employees of various industrial units of Sri City to contribute to this life-saving cause.
The camp, which was inaugurated by Nireesha Sannareddy, Director (CSR), Sri City, ran from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., witnessing an enthusiastic turnout. Over 320 donors volunteered, and notable participants included teams from Sri City Security, THK, Axxelent Pharma, Rockworth, E-pack Durable, Brakes India, Bombay Coating, Daiki Aluminium, Alstom, Daikin, Kobelco, Danieli, Nova Air, Kimberly Clark, Station S and a few others.
Dr Ravindra Sannareddy, Founder Managing Director of Sri City, expressed deep gratitude towards the donors, stating, “Blood donation is a noble act that saves lives. I sincerely appreciate the dedication of all the donors, and commend the NTR Trust for partnering with Sri City Foundation in this impactful initiative. It is heartening to see this collective effort standing in solidarity with our defence forces."
