South Hyderabad neighborhoods like Rajendranagar, Shamshabad, Chandrayanagutta, and Balapur are expected to see light showers over the course of the next few hours, according to weather forecasters.
In the meantime, there may be severe thunderstorms in the districts of Medak, Siddipet, Warangal, Mahabubabad, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Kamareddy, Nizamabad, Jagitial, Rangareddy, Nalgonda, Khammam, and Bhadradri in the hours ahead.
Telangana Weatherman on X, or weather expert T. Balaji, issued a warning that these storms are dispersed, meaning that while some areas may experience heavy rainfall, others may stay dry. He suggested that residents monitor real-time updates and remain vigilant.
With thunderstorms likely to continue, people are urged to take necessary precautions while traveling and avoid waterlogged or low-lying areas.
