Hyderabad: Telangana is the fastest-growing state in the country. Telangana is a paradise for investments, said Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka.

The Deputy Chief Minister held a special meeting with representatives of corporate companies at Praja Bhavan here on Friday.

Representatives from Deloitte, EY, KPMG, BCG, PwC, JLL and other organisations participated in the meeting. The people’s government is moving forward with the goal of transforming Telangana into a 3 trillion-dollar economy by 2047. Along with favourable climatic and geographical conditions, low-cost and highly skilled human resources are contributing significantly to Telangana’s economic growth and investment environment, Bhatti Vikramarka said.

He explained to investors that no other state in the country offers such an ecosystem. Connectivity will increase with the Outer Ring Road along with the newly developing Regional Ring Road.

After the Regional Ring Road is completed, major districts of the state will be interconnected. A plan has been prepared to develop 39 radial roads between the Outer Ring Road and the Regional Ring Road. Industrial parks such as pharma, IT, handloom, agro and others are coming up along these radial roads, Bhatti Vikramarka explained.

He said IIT, IIIT and other central educational institutions, prestigious universities, hundreds of engineering colleges and major institutions are already based in Hyderabad. Bhatti Vikramarka said IT and Pharma hubs have developed to global standards. Digital infrastructure in the state is also strong.

Stating that the government is supplying uninterrupted 24-hour quality power to industries, he informed investors that the government is planning measures to ensure that there will be no electricity shortages in the future.

As part of this, the government is moving towards green energy. Telangana, situated between the lifeline rivers Krishna and Godavari, has no water scarcity. Infrastructure has already been built not only for domestic use but also to meet industrial water needs, Bhatti Vikramarka said.

Telangana Police is one of the finest law enforcement systems in the country. With strong law and order conditions, international investors can feel completely safe in Telangana. Similarly, the state government is developing Future City over 30,000 acres, with infrastructure including a Skill University, international sports arenas, IT and AI centres. All approvals have been obtained for the Greenfield Highway from Future City to Bandar Port via Amaravati. This highway will bring revolutionary changes in industrial exports, he said.

Bhatti Vikramarka called upon everyone to become partners in Telangana’s development journey. He expressed hope that with everyone’s cooperation, Telangana Rising 2047 will become a grand success.
