Prez Murmu arrives in Hyd for two-day visit

Hyderabad: President Droupadi Murmu arrived in Hyderabad on Friday afternoon on a two-day visit. The President was accorded warm welcome on her arrival at the Begumpet Airport by Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Verma, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, Union Minister G Kishan Reddy, State Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, GHMC Mayor Gadwala Vijayalakshmi, Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao, DGP Shivdhar Reddy, Hyderabad district collector Dasari Harichandana, Hyderabad CP Sajjanar, and others. The President was received with due honours and escorted to Raj Bhavan, where she was warmly received by the Governor. The visit marks the commencement of her participation in the Bharatiya Kala Mahotsav 2025, held at Rashtrapati Nilayam in Secunderabad.
