Kokapet to Host India’s Tallest Trump Towers
The project, costing ₹3,500 crore, will offer over 400 luxurious apartments priced between ₹4 crore and ₹5 crore.

Donald Trump, a famous businessman, is building Trump Towers in Kokapet, which is a very special place in Hyderabad.
The work to build the towers will start in August or September 2025, as reported by TOI. These towers will be 63 floors tall, making them one of the tallest buildings in India.
The towers will be built on 4 acres of land and will cost about ₹3,500 crore. Tribeca Developers and Ira Realty are the companies building the towers. India already has four Trump Towers, and this will be the fifth in the country.
TOI reported that the new Trump Towers will have 400 apartments (homes). The apartments will be very big, and they will cost ₹4 crore to ₹5 crore.
The flats will have luxury features like a squash court (a place to play a game), a clubhouse, and a big 48-feet-high building that connects both towers.
The project will be ready in 4 to 4.5 years, after the work begins.
