The India Meteorological Department (IMD), Hyderabad, has issued a yellow yellow alert for Friday as light to moderate rainfall is expected in several areas in the city. According to the forecast, the sky will remain generally cloudy, with conditions favorable for rain or isolated thundershowers accompanied by gusty winds ranging from 30 to 40 kmph.
According to the IMD bulletin, surface winds are likely to flow from the east and southeast at speeds between 5 and 10 kmph. The city may also witness mist or hazy conditions in the early morning and late evening hours, reducing visibility across some parts of the metropolitan area.
