Hyderabad: City-based Posidex Technologies Pvt Ltd, a customer master data management solutions provider in India announced its plan to enter the global market, alongside unveiling its rebranded logo on Monday. The company is also likely to strengthen its team by taking the headcount to 350 (from the current 260) and accept strategic investors by end of CY 2025.
Posidex is expanding into North America, the Middle East, and the APAC region, with active growth underway in the US, Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines. “We have captured the market in India but our growth is vertical agnostic, hence we plan on entering healthcare too, here. While coming to international market, the core product will not require any major change when we expand geographies, that is the beauty of the product. For being in line with the regulations of these countries it will only come as a wrap around on the existing core product,” K Venkat Reddy, Co-founder and CEO of Posidex Technologies, told the media.
The company will be expanding in the global markets based on partnership with companies like IBM, the CEO informed adding that to develop and introduce new products and solutions Posidex will be hiring about 100 employees with Java programming proficiency by the end of 2025.
On a query about raising its first round of investment as a bootstrapped company, Reddy told Bizz Buzz, “Investors are showing interest in Posidex, so it is not the right time to disclose about our growth numbers. However, by end of 2025 we will accept investment and it does not have to be solely from funding perspective. But, it can be a strategic investment in terms of inviting partners who can introduce us to new clients and enable us to build business, for a win-win situation.”
