Hyderabad saw a stunning debut to the Red Lorry Film Festival - Parallel Verse at Prasads Multiplex. The event was curated by BookMyShow the three-day festival between March 21 and 23 brought film enthusiasts together for a unique cinematic experience. More than 70 films from all over the globe were shown with a range of films ranging from classics and action films to more contemporary films.

Special film screenings, masterclasses and celebrity appearances rounded out the grand success of the event. Shiva Balaji launched his new album, Godavarikae Soggani, while the actors of Kannappa showcased teasers and music. An exclusive screening of Prabhas' Chatrapathi brought loud cheers from the crowd.

Chandamama( 2007)

Chandamama is the 2007 Telugu film that was directed by Krishna Vamsi. The film is a mixture of comedy, romance and a sentiment for family. The film was directed by C Kalyan and S Vijayanand the film received overwhelmingly positive reviews and received 5 Nandi Awards.

Kshana Kshanam( 1991)

Kshana Kshanam is an 1991 Telugu road- grounded thriller written and produced by Ram Gopal Varma. The film is praised for its indefectible blend of comedy, action and suspension, which makes it an iconic film in the kidney of thriller.

Pushpaka Vimana( 1987)

Pushpaka Vimana is an exceptional Indian film that doesn't have discourses and is directed by Singeetam Srinivasa Rao. The film makes use of the use of images and expressions to tell an immersing story, which makes it a cinematic treasure. The film follows a unemployed man playing by Kamal Haasan, who stumbles upon a fat, insanity drunk.

Mayabazar (1957)

Mayabazar is a classic movie in Indian cinema, helmed by K. V. Reddy and produced by Vijaya Productions. Based on the folktale Sasirekha Parinayam, a story from the Mahabharata The film blends the world of mythology, fantasy and comedy with breathtaking visuals.
