Hyderabad Weather Today: Evening Storms and Heavy Rain Expected
Hyderabad will stay mostly dry till afternoon, with heavy rains expected in several Telangana districts from evening to night.

Most parts of Hyderabad and Telangana are likely to experience dry weather until afternoon on Friday, with only isolated light showers in select locations. Weather models indicate a shift later in the day, with scattered moderate to heavy rainfall and intense thunderstorms expected from evening into the night.
Rainfall totals in some localities could range between 25 mm and 45 mm. While the city is not expected to see the widespread downpours recorded on Thursday.
In eastern and southern districts of Telangana — including Nalgonda, Suryapet, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Rangareddy, Mahabubnagar, Wanaparthy, and Nagarkurnool — heavy to very heavy rain is forecast during the late hours. These regions may face stronger thunderstorm activity compared with the rest of the state.
Other districts are expected to receive moderate to heavy showers during the same evening-to-night period. Meteorological officials recommend that commuters and travelers plan movements before late afternoon to avoid weather-related disruptions.
