Hyderabad Weather Alert: Here's 48-Hour Forecast
IMD and TGDPS forecast Hyderabad rain decline with only light showers in most areas. Adilabad, Mahbubabad likely to get isolated heavy rain.

Meteorological forecasts indicate a significant decrease in rainfall across Hyderabad over the next two days. The latest WRF (12 km) model projections by the Telangana State Government’s TGDPS highlight minimal precipitation in all city zones from 8:30 am on August 29 to 8:30 am on August 31.
Rainfall maps for 48-hour and 72-hour periods show a uniform yellow shading across the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) area, representing rainfall amounts ranging between 0.3 to 2.5 mm. Areas including Serilingampally, Banjara Hills, Secunderabad, LB Nagar, and surrounding regions are expected to see negligible rain.
Officials confirm that after a spell of intermittent showers in recent days, Hyderabad will experience a short break. However, the IMD-Hyderabad stated that heavy rain is very likely to occur at isolated places in the districts Adilabad, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Jayashankar Bhupalapally, Mulugu, and Mahbubabad.
