Hyderabad to Get Beach with Premium Amenities

Hyderabad is set to welcome a major recreational project as the government sanctions the construction of an artificial beach on the city’s outskirts. The proposed development in Kothwalguda spans around 35 acres and comes with an estimated investment of Rs 225 crore.
Officials confirmed that construction is scheduled to commence in December, aiming to provide a unique leisure destination for residents and tourists alike. The project envisions a combination of modern entertainment and luxury facilities.
The planned amenities include floating villas, high-end hotels, wave pools, food courts, and multiple entertainment zones such as theaters. The beach aims to replicate a coastal experience, offering urban residents a getaway without leaving the city.
Authorities stated that the development is part of a broader effort to enhance Hyderabad’s recreational infrastructure, attract tourism, and boost the local economy.
