Informa Markets in India will organize the 17th Hyderabad Jewellery Pearl & Gem Fair (HJF) from May 9 to 11, 2025, at Hall 4, HITEX Exhibition Center. The event is expected to draw over 8,000 visitors and will feature participation from more than 220 exhibitors across the country.
Positioned ahead of the wedding and festive seasons, the exhibition serves as a critical sourcing hub for jewellery businesses targeting southern markets, including Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala.
Jewellery manufacturers and retailers from major cities such as Hyderabad, Mumbai, Jaipur, Coimbatore, Chennai, Bangalore, and Kerala will be represented. New participants like Badolia Gems will join returning names including SRI SHUBHAM JEWELLERS, GUPTA GOLD, VS GOLD, CHINTAMANI GOLD, and HK JEWELS.
HJF 2025 is supported by regional associations, including the Hi-Tech City Jewellery Manufacturers Association, Telangana Bullion Gems & Jewellers Federation, Telangana Pawn Brokers & Jewellers Association, and the Pot Market Jewellers Association.
The exhibition will cover a range of segments such as gold, diamond, silver, pearl, and gemstone jewellery. It will also feature jewellery machinery, mounting solutions, and technology providers. A hosted buyers' programme will connect 400 high-profile delegates with exhibitors in focused B2B meetings.
As part of its agenda, the event will include curated knowledge sessions, a jewellery fashion show, and industry-led panel discussions. A dedicated pavilion will highlight the heritage of Mumbai’s Zaveri Bazar. Key programs include 'Power of Young' and 'Legends of South', spotlighting emerging and established talent in the jewellery sector.
Exclusive display zones for Kundan, Polki, Jadav, Antique, Silver, Pearls, Gemstones, and Machinery will be introduced. Business Matchmaking initiatives, supported by roadshows in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, and Thrissur, aim to increase engagement and transaction volume.
India’s jewellery industry, which accounts for about 29 per cent of global consumption, has surpassed $37 billion in exports in FY24. The HJF continues to function as a strategic platform enabling industry stakeholders to adapt to shifting trends such as personalized designs and digital commerce.
According to Yogesh Mudras, Managing Director of Informa Markets in India, the fair is designed to meet current market demands and boost sectoral growth through enhanced engagement and targeted business outcomes.
