The population of Hyderabad and its surroundings will soon have to tolerate the biting winter chill more during the next three days as the city and the rest of Telangana get even colder. The weather forecast suggests mornings from December 19 to 21 will be much colder than the present.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) zones could have early morning temperatures that go as low as 7°C or below. Conversely, the mornings in the central part of the city will be around 10°C. The authorities warn that the cold wave, which has already been showing up for days, will probably intensify.
The northern and western districts of Telangana are foretold to have an even harsher winter, as temperatures might reach 5°C and even lower.
