Esri India Hosts User Conference

Hyderabad: Esri India, a Geographic Information System (GIS) solutions provider on Tuesday hosted the Hyderabad edition of its flagship, Esri India User Conference (UC). The conference, held under the theme, ‘GIS — Mapping a Better Future,’ brought together geospatial professionals, thought leaders, and industry influencers from across India.

The event introduced participants to how GIS technology can enhance national resilience by addressing critical issues in land administration, urban and regional planning, climate change, agriculture, utility management, and others. Agendra Kumar, Managing Director, Esri India, said: “By leveraging GIS technology, we can tackle complex challenges such as climate change, sustainability, and social inequity, and identify actionable solutions.
