Hyderabad: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (Credai) Hyderabad announced the Credai Hyderabad Property Show 2026, set to take place from February 6 to 8, 2026, at Hall 4, HITEX Exhibition Centre in the city. Anchored in the concept of "Credaibility"—representing trust, transparency, and ethical practices—the event urges homebuyers to "Permanent Ho Jao," a confident call to invest in Hyderabad and make the city their permanent home with assurance and credibility.
The property show will feature only RERA-approved projects from Credai member developers, ensuring that all offerings are verified, compliant, and credible. Visitors will have access to a diverse range of residential and commercial properties, including apartments, villas, plotted developments, and office spaces across Hyderabad.
Credai Hyderabad leadership, including President N Jaideep Reddy, President-Elect B. Jagannath Rao, General Secretary K Kranti Kiran Reddy, and Property Show Conveners Susheel Kumar Jain and N Venugopal, highlighted the show’s role as a premium, buyer-centric platform that simplifies the homebuying process and strengthens consumer confidence.
Jaideep Reddy emphasised Hyderabad’s strong real estate fundamentals, citing stable government support, consistent infrastructure development, and robust investor confidence. Recent high-value land auctions by GHMC and HMDA in 2025 have reinforced Hyderabad’s status as a premium and liquid land market, with high-growth corridors like Kokapet–Neopolis–Golden Mile, Raidurg, and Bachupally seeing upward price momentum. He noted that the current phase presents a prime window for investment before the next price cycle begins. B Jagannath Rao described Hyderabad’s transformation from a technology hub to a global destination for lifestyle, sports, tourism, and investments. He highlighted the city’s readiness for future industries, premium living, and world-class infrastructure, underlining its global appeal and strong real estate prospects.
K Kranti Kiran Reddy stressed Hyderabad’s alignment with sustainable development, climate resilience, and smart urban planning. The property show will offer an enhanced visitor experience with larger stalls, dedicated family and wellness zones, senior-friendly spaces, and curated engagement areas, while continuing to showcase only RERA-approved Credai member projects.
