Cinystore unveils KeepItShort OTT Platform For Student Filmmakers

Hyderabad: Cinystore Technologies, a media tech startup based in Hyderabad, has launched KeepItShort, India’s first OTT platform exclusively for student filmmakers from film and animation institutes. The AI-powered SaaS platform offers end-to-end tools for film promotion, performance analysis, and monetization, enabling young creators to take full control of their content journey.

Targeting over 5 lakh current and former students from 1,500 film and 1,200 animation institutes across India, the platform is expected to attract 1,000 to 1,200 showreels or team entries—engaging more than 6,000 budding filmmakers at launch. KeepItShort is designed as a launchpad for fresh talent in directing, screenwriting, editing, and sound engineering. It aims to democratize the filmmaking ecosystem by removing traditional industry gatekeeping and offering data-driven insights for content visibility and impact.
