Hyderabad: Members of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) on Friday staged a walkout from the Assembly in protest during the budget speech delivered by Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka. Their demonstration stemmed from grievances regarding unfulfilled pledges by the Congress administration and the absence of budgetary allocations for these commitments in the recently presented budget. Shortly after the Deputy Chief Minister began his speech, BRS legislators adorned their ears with flowers as a symbolic act of protest and proceeded to chant slogans. They vociferously denounced the budget, deeming it a "fraud," specifically referencing prior assurances such as the provision of one tola of gold
