Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Tuesday held a meeting with Shantanu Narayen, Chairman and CEO of Adobe and a member of the Telangana Rising 2047 Vision Board, to discuss global manufacturing trends, green energy, artificial intelligence (AI), and large-scale skilling initiatives for youth.
The meeting focused on the rapidly evolving global economic landscape and the opportunities emerging across manufacturing, technology, and sustainable energy sectors. Narayen paid a courtesy visit to the Chief Minister, during which both sides exchanged views on how states like Telangana can remain competitive and future-ready amid technological disruption.
The Chief Minister emphasised the need for comprehensive and strategic planning to strengthen Telangana’s position as a preferred global manufacturing hub. He stressed the importance of aligning policy frameworks, infrastructure development, and innovation ecosystems to attract major multinational companies and ensure sustainable industrial growth. Discussions also centred on the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on employment and the broader economy. Revanth Reddy underlined the need for proactive policy initiatives to harness AI for inclusive growth, while mitigating its disruptive effects on jobs.
