On the July 4 episode of WWE SmackDown, newly crowned United States Champion Solo Sikoa officially rebranded his faction formerly known as The Bloodline. The group is now called MFT, which stands for "My Family Tree"—a name Sikoa says represents a “more dangerous” evolution of the original Samoan dynasty.
The rebranding coincided with the introduction of Tala Tonga—formerly Hikuleo in NJPW—as the newest addition to Sikoa's stable. Present alongside Sikoa, Tala Tonga, JC Mateo, Tonga Loa, and Tama Tonga, Wwe fans heard Sikoa declare:
“This group is nothing like the Bloodline… These are my MFTs, My Family Tree. The family is complete.”
The segment followed an explosive parking-lot attack by Jacob Fatu and Jimmy Uso on Sikoa’s faction, leading to a high-stakes tag match during the episode's main event. While Fatu and Uso initially gained the upper hand, Sikoa’s faction rallied back—culminating in a brutal post-match triple powerbomb through the announce table to finish Fatu.
With this move, Solo Sikoa firmly separates his dominant crew MFT from the legacy of The Bloodline, setting a new chapter in his WWE leadership.Solo Sikoa renames his faction from The Bloodline to “MFT – My Family Tree” on SmackDown July 4, introducing Tala Tonga as the latest member and delivering a powerful new direction.
