IPL Auction 2026 Insights: Team-by-Team Slot Availability

The 2022 IPL Auction has been updated to begin on December 16 with all ten franchises having different playing levels of squad flexibility as whole. RR has nine spaces free and just another foreign participant available- a constraint that will be a crucial decision-making impact.

9. Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH)

SRH has gotta tweak their line-up significantly to fill in the key gaps in all departments.

10. Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR)

• Slots remaining: 13
• Overseas slots left: 6

KKR will play with the most available slots and even the highest number of slots left for overseas players. They are expected to be among the busiest and most active franchises on the day of the auction.
