BCCI unveils India’s home schedule for 2025: West Indies & South Africa set to tour

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially announced India’s home schedule for the 2025 season, featuring high-profile series against the West Indies and South Africa. The action-packed calendar will unfold across October, November, and December.
West Indies Tour: Two-Test Series in October
India's home season kicks off with a two-match Test series against the West Indies. Ahmedabad will host the opening Test from October 2 to October 6, followed by the second Test in Kolkata from October 10 to October 14. The last time these teams clashed in the longest format was in July 2023, where India clinched the series 1-0.
South Africa Tour: A Historic Test in Guwahati & Multi-Format Series
Following the West Indies series, India will welcome South Africa for an all-format contest. The two-match Test series begins in New Delhi from November 14 to November 18, with Guwahati set to host its first-ever Test from November 22 to November 26.
After the Test battles, the teams will transition to white-ball cricket with a three-match ODI series in Ranchi, Raipur, and Vizag from November 30 to December 6.
The series will conclude with an exciting five-match T20I showdown across Cuttack, Chandigarh, Dharamsala, Lucknow, and Ahmedabad from December 9 to December 19.
